Topographic map of Dole Jct
The Asheulot Branch branches from the Fort Hill Branch at Dole Junction, running either adjacent to or a short distance west of Route 63 as it runs north from Dole Junction.
A spot-check performed on July 6, 1998 shows that the Asheulot Branch north of Dole Junction does not have any official trail signs but shows signs of light trail usage. It is apparent that the trail is used locally on an informal basis.
