Spot checks made on July 6, 1998 suggests that the trail is open and usable in both directions from this point.
Web Station must have been located a short distance northeast of the granite underpass where the road finally reaches the same level as the railroad bed. Because the terrain is so rugged, this station site is one of only two points of public access to the trail in this area. The other access is directly to Route 12 about 1.6 miles southeast of Webb Station!
Note that Web Depot Road and Route 124 might form a suitable bike route to Marlborough, about 2.2 miles directly north of Webb Station.

No trail facilities were observed in this area!
