Limited parking is apparently available on an informal basis on the site of the Candia Depot at the north trail crossing on Main Street.
The Statewide Bicycle Route System passes Candia Station on Route 43, about 0.2 mile west via a town road that begins almost across the street from the site of the Station. The bike route (on Rte 43) is almost adjacent as the rail-trail runs alongside Route 101.
A gasoline station and convenience store is adjacent to the south trail crossing of Main Street at the south end of the settlement. The store sells cold drinks, snacks, and pre-packaged sandwiches, but public toilets are not available!
Bear Brook State Park might be reachable from various road crossings between Auburn and Candia via lightly traveled town roads. Note that the Webmaster has not spot-checked the park, campground or access routes.

The trail passes under Route 101 then under the Exit Ramp from Route 101 using two sets of trail culverts located about a half-mile apart. These culverts are less than 6 feet tall at their highest point, so that tall people must crouch when walking through the passageway. The trail also climbs a steep grades at each side that may exceed ADA slope standards. Accordingly, some trail users may wish to detour around these underpasses as follows (eastbound):
